Privacy policy
What we collect
Arbys does not ask you to create an account and does not sell personal data. We collect aggregate analytics about page visits — pages viewed, approximate country, device type and referring site — to understand which guides are useful.
Location searches
On the near-me page, a city or ZIP code you type is sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to turn it into coordinates, and coordinates are sent to the Overpass API to find nearby restaurants. If you press “use my location”, your browser asks your permission first and the coordinates are used only for that search. We do not store your location on our servers; results are cached in your own browser for the current session and cleared when you close the tab.
Cookies and similar technology
We use only what the site needs to work plus privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use advertising cookies to build a profile of you. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the menu and price pages will still work.
Third parties
Map data and store listings come from OpenStreetMap contributors. Directions links open Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply once you follow a link to them.
If you email hello@arbysmenuwithprices.com we keep your message so we can reply and, where relevant, fix the data you reported. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Children
This site is general information about a restaurant menu and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete an email exchange, by writing to hello@arbysmenuwithprices.com. Because we do not hold accounts, there is usually nothing to delete beyond correspondence.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
