We are an independent guide, not Arby's. We cannot take orders, honour coupons, handle refunds, look up a receipt or pass a complaint to a restaurant. For those, contact Arby's directly through the Arby's app or arbys.com.
What to include
Price correction
The item name, the city and state of the restaurant, the price you paid, and the date. A photo of the menu board or receipt is ideal.
Missing item
Tell us the item, where you saw it, and whether it looked like a regional or limited-time offer so we can label it correctly.
Nutrition question
We can only report what Arby's publishes. For medical or severe-allergy questions, speak to the restaurant and your doctor.
